Friends! It’s been quite a minute since we’ve last connected. Please, excuse the delay — I’ve been called into slower, quieter, more reflective days to process the many changes that came with this past fall and winter season.
Now, as we approach the heart of winter, daylight hours are slowly beginning to increase. We’re starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Although this season arrived swinging with frigid temperatures and immobilizing snowstorms, the subtle shift in daylight offers a quiet sense of hope. It reassures us that there is an end to the tunnel, reminding us to keep our hearts light, our minds hopeful, and our feet grounded and moving forward.
With that being said, here at Apartment 4C, I’ve been up in the stu’ cooking lol. But first, let’s begin with a quick overview of the major astrological transits shaping the year ahead.
2026 is a deeply transformative year, ushering in significant endings alongside powerful new beginnings. Three major outer-planet shifts define the year:
Neptune moves into Aries
Saturn moves into Aries
Uranus moves into Gemini
On January 26, Neptune completes a 165-year cycle as it finishes its 14-year transit through its home sign, Pisces, which began in April 2011. This period has been marked by spiritual expansion, emotional sensitivity, and blurred boundaries. For many, it felt dreamy, lofty, and deeply imaginative — though at times elusive, heavy, or even depressing.
Over the past 15 years, we’ve witnessed a massive rise in spirituality and wellness practices, creative and artistic expression, and digital interconnectedness. Meditation, astrology, and other spiritual modalities have become more mainstream and less taboo, while our physical lives increasingly moved toward digital storage, currency, and communities. The boundaries between the physical and unseen worlds have blurred.
Now, Neptune enters Aries, where it will remain until March 2039. This marks an entirely new cycle. The transition from dreamy Pisces to action-oriented Aries asks us to move from belief into embodied practice.
This transit invites reflection:
Who have I become over the last 14 years?
How am I showing up in my daily life with the wisdom I’ve gained?
Collectively, we may see the rise of spiritual activists, visionaries, and thought leaders, along with new beliefs, practices, and policies centered on autonomy and personal sovereignty. Power is being redistributed — and returned to the people.
That said, we must also acknowledge the shadow. The last time Neptune was in Aries (1861–1876), the world experienced the American Civil War and Abolition, alongside global conflicts such as the Franco-Prussian War. This transit can coincide with rising tensions, ideological clashes, and power struggles. We’re encouraged to navigate this period with patience and discernment, ensuring our beliefs remain aligned with compassion, ethics, and love. Neptune in Aries calls us to act on our faith — consciously, responsibly, and intentionally.
This Neptune shift is echoed by Saturn, which also completes a major cycle. On February 13, Saturn leaves Pisces, ending a three-year transit, and enters Aries until 2028. The last time Saturn was in Aries was from April 1996 to February 1999.
Saturn represents discipline, structure, time, karma, and responsibility — and Aries is impulsive, independent, and fiery. This combination can feel testy, but deeply productive when handled with care. Over the next three years, themes around leadership, autonomy, and restructuring power dynamics will intensify, laying the foundation for Neptune’s longer 14-year influence.
Simply put: the work we do in the next three years will shape the next fourteen.
Saturn in Aries asks us to get serious about our goals and long-term visions. While the ego may crave quick wins, Saturn demands patience, strategy, and consistency. Keep in mind, delays and setbacks are part of the process — not signs of failure. This transit supports maturity, honesty, and the release of outdated versions of ourselves in service of who we are becoming.
(Note: Saturn conjuncts Neptune at 0° Aries on February 13 — lock in for a truly magical and potent moment.)
Lastly, on April 25, Uranus moves into Gemini, completing its eight-year transit through Taurus (which began in May 2018). This is a shift many of us will recognize personally — chapters are closing, and new ones are beginning.
Uranus governs innovation, disruption, eccentricity, technology, and societal progress. Gemini rules communication, intellect, curiosity, learning, and exchange. Together, this transit brings breakthroughs in technology and medicine, radical shifts in communication and media, new forms of creative expression, and expanded global networks.
Education, in particular, is due for a major overhaul. We saw a preview during COVID, and now learning models will become less traditional and more experiential. Accreditation may increasingly be based on skill and lived experience rather than formal degrees alone.
We can also expect changes in transportation, travel, and trade. However, the shadow side includes information overload, misinformation, nervous system burnout, anxiety, and distraction. Discernment becomes essential. Knowing when to engage — and when to unplug — will be key to maintaining balance.
Uranus in Gemini encourages curiosity, playfulness, and intentional learning. Knowledge becomes liberation, and thinking for oneself becomes an act of sovereignty.
2026 is a year of profound shifts, endings, and new beginnings as three outer planets move into new terrain. To understand how these transits may affect you personally, look to where Aries and Gemini fall in your natal chart — those areas of life will be activated over the coming years.
And as promised, I’ve been delivering the goods. Your favorite offerings — guided meditation, tarot readings, reiki healing, and astrology sessions — are still here, along with a lineup of exciting new services and surprises on the way.

After a long, chilly winter and a slow-to-warm spring, we’ve finally arrived at the height of light—welcome to summer!
So, what actually marks the first day of summer?
To understand summer, we have to look at two key factors that shape the seasons on Earth:
The Earth's orbit around the Sun
The tilt of Earth’s axis (approximately 23.5°)
Because of this axial tilt, sunlight reaches different parts of Earth at varying angles throughout the year. This means some regions receive more direct sunlight, while others receive less—leading to seasonal shifts in temperature, daylight hours, and weather patterns.
As the Earth makes its annual orbit around the Sun, the orientation of its axis changes relative to the Sun. This shifting alignment creates the seasons.
The Summer Solstice—typically around June 20th or 21st—occurs when the Northern Hemisphere is tilted most directly toward the Sun. On this day, we experience the longest amount of sunlight hours in one day. While we celebrate the first day of summer in the north, those in the Southern Hemisphere are welcoming winter, as their axis is tilted away from the Sun.
Astrologically, the solstice also marks the beginning of Cancer season—a time for nurturing, connection, and emotional expansion.
Soak up the sunshine, drink plenty of water, and take some time to bask in the energy of this seasonal shift. 🌞
✨ And to help you align with this bright, expansive energy…

From May 4th to October 13th, Pluto will retrograde through the bold, eccentric, and visionary sign of (tropical) Aquarius — and while that might sound intense at first, this energy is actually a powerful catalyst for collecti
ve change.
When I first started diving into the astrology and channeling the vibe of this transit, I’ll be honest — it felt a bit intimidating. But the more I sat with it, the more it became clear: this retrograde isn’t here to scare us. It’s here to empower us. This is truly a people’s transit — a call to action, realignment, and an awakening.
So, let’s break it down.
Pluto: The Rule-Breaking Transformer
First we have Pluto, a “dwarf planet” in astronomical terms, but astrologically speaking? He packs a serious punch. Pluto represents transformation, death and rebirth, and the uncovering of what’s hidden. He doesn’t follow the rules — he carves his own orbit, marches to his own beat, and demands deep change wherever he goes.
With this Pluto transit, we can expect to reflect on- and revisit ways of being that goes against our own personal rhythms and sense of authenticity.
Ask yourself: in what ways am I living according to expectations that are outside of my own?
Aquarius: The Visionary Revolutionary
Now mix that with Aquarius — the innovative, community-driven, and often rebellious sign of the water bearer. Aquarius pours knowledge and ideas into the collective, always seeking new, unconventional solutions to age-old problems. It’s about progress, disruption, and radical thinking, especially when it comes to society and systems.
Put these two together, and you get a transit that’s shaking things all the way up — but with purpose.
What to Expect
During this retrograde, we’re likely to find ourselves walking unexpected paths. If you’ve veered off your soul’s true direction, Pluto Retrograde is like a cosmic course correction, nudging (or pushing depending on how resistant you are) you back into alignment.
But this isn’t just personal — it’s deeply collective.
We’re talking about big shifts in societal structures. Think education, marriage laws, finances, government assistance, student loans, grants — anything tied to how we live, govern, and support one another. Systems that no longer serve the people may be dismantled. New ones may rise. Protests, revolutions, and uprisings could either trigger these changes or emerge in response to them. There’s a real possibility of global ripple effects.
Expect exposure, too. Pluto digs deep and brings the hidden to light. Abuses of power, especially by leaders and authority figures, may be revealed. Don’t be surprised if there's talk of government shutdowns or radical restructurings — this energy is all about revealing truth and redistributing power, wealth, and resources.
The Spiritual Undercurrent
As external structures shift, many will turn inward. We may see a resurgence of spiritual and faith-based practices as people seek grounding and meaning. Faith is essential — but discernment is, too. Avoid getting swept up in fear or false promises. Stay centered.
How to Move Through It
This is a powerful time to:
Reconnect with your values
Act in integrity
Stay grounded
Align with your purpose
Yes, it may feel chaotic at times — but remember, Pluto doesn’t destroy for no reason. He clears the way for evolution. With Aquarius by his side, this retrograde is here to help us level up — as individuals, and as a collective.
Breathe. Stay present. Trust your path.

Mercury has begun its first retrograde journey of 2025, a cycle that occurs about three times a year. This one, however, is particularly significant.
Before diving into what to expect, let’s clarify what Mercury retrograde actually is. All planets in our solar system orbit the Sun at different speeds, with Mercury being the fastest. When Earth catches up to Mercury in its orbit, Mercury appears to move backward from our perspective—this apparent reversal is what we call retrograde motion.
On Saturday, March 15, 2025, Mercury officially began its retrograde in Aries, the first sign of the zodiac. Aries energy is all about self-identity, personal will, and initiative, while Mercury governs communication, intellect, and perception.
This retrograde challenges us to reassess who we are and where we’re headed. Miscommunications may arise, leading to misunderstandings or false impressions. At the same time, Mercury retrograde has a way of exposing hidden truths, unmasking illusions, and revealing inauthentic identities.
With Venus also retrograde in Aries, this season is about shedding false narratives, outdated mindsets, and identities that no longer align with our true selves. It’s a powerful time for deep self-reflection, clarity, and authenticity.
Navigating This Mercury Retrograde
This retrograde will last until April 7, making it crucial to stay grounded and not take things personally. Emotions may run high, and patience may wear thin. Expect outbursts, delays, and unexpected inconveniences as people navigate setbacks in communication, travel, and daily routines.
Common themes include:
Confusion and misunderstandings in conversations and agreements
Travel delays, road rage, and car issues
Technological breakdowns and mishaps
Lost packages, delivery errors, and oversights in contracts
To minimize disruptions, it’s best to double-check plans, avoid signing contracts, and be cautious with online purchases.
Crystals for Support
During Mercury retrograde, grounding and protection are key. Two crystal allies that can help:
Black Tourmaline – Shields against negativity and promotes stability.
Sodalite – Calms mental anxiety and enhances clarity and focus.
As we move through this transit, patience, mindfulness, and self-awareness will be our greatest tools. Rather than resisting the energy, use this time to reflect, realign, and embrace the truths that emerge. What’s falling away is only making room for something more authentic to take its place. ✨

Throughout history, eclipses have been seen as cosmic omens, signaling profound change. But what exactly happens during an eclipse?
The Moon orbits Earth every 27 days, but it's 5° tilt relative to the Sun-Earth axis means we experience full and new moons monthly—without eclipses. Eclipses occur when the Moon crosses Earth’s equatorial plane relative to the Sun. A solar eclipse happens during a new moon phase when the Moon blocks the Sun from view; a lunar eclipse occurs during full moon phases when Earth casts its shadow on the Moon. These celestial events typically come in pairs, marking “eclipse season” twice a year.
A Call to Accountability
This March 14, the first eclipse of 2025 falls in the Pisces-Virgo (tropical) nodal axis. This lunar eclipse is activating deep transformation. Are you ready? With Saturn conjunct the Sun in Pisces and opposing the Virgo Moon, we’re being confronted with discipline, commitment, and self-mastery.
Expect frustration and delays, but don’t resist them—this is a sobering pause for self-evaluation. It’s time to take responsibility for the reality we’ve co-created. This eclipse demands that we release unsustainable habits and prioritize holistic well-being—mind, body, and spirit.
Dream Big. Act Now.
This transit urges us to move beyond analysis paralysis, expand our imagination, and stop waiting for the “right time.” The moment for bold steps is now.
While the process may feel intense, trust it. As the eclipse clears away what no longer serves, it opens the door to stability and unexpected joy. With the Moon trine Uranus and the Sun sextile Uranus, exciting shifts are on the horizon—ones beyond what we ever imagined.
Surrender with ease. The next chapter is beginning.
